ETERNAL FLOW

When things are next to one another, that is space. When they  follow one another, that is time. In this triangular space, I selected branches  from the area fallen at various times, forming a ring symbolizing eternal flow.

The 7-meter diameter

ring evokes various fates coming together to create new meaning just like the  participants of this Artist Residency. This ring forms a connection with the  endless landscape and the twin peaks of MtTsukuba - it is clearly recognizable  even when viewed from the top of the mountain.
